Shipping usually takes about 7-10 business days for US delivery. US orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. For countries outside the US delivery can take longer. Non-US citizens, please wait at least 14 days before contacting us about your package.

Your product may have been shipped in a different shipping batch or from different warehouses. This happens a lot if your order consisted of one of the more popular products. Don't worry, everything that you have ordered will be sent to you. We will provide multiple tracking numbers for orders sent in multiple packages.

The detailed tracking information will be available when the package arrives in it's destination country. Please wait some time until your package arrives in your country. This can take a few days due to customs. Once the item is in your country delivery is usually very fast. The whole process normally takes about 7-10 business days

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
